Deposit not credited from Ecopayz
On January 4th I made a deposit via ecopayz but the funds have not been credited to the casino account even though they have left my wallet. The chat reported the situation to the payment department and a case was opened there. I have attached the screen of proof of payment from ecopayz and it has been accepted. For 24 hours I did not receive any information about the case. The next day, the chat asked the payment department to update the case but three days passed and the payment department took no action on my case. I would like to finally gamble with the funds I have deposited but this is not possible and I am asking askgamblers for help in this situation. Maybe with your help, the finance department will finally be interested in my problem. I would be grateful for your help, best regards.
