Bank account


Hello, I have a problem with this casino. Moreover, not the first time because I ordered a payment to my bank account and then my bank rejected the payment and sent the funds back to the sender. When they appeared in the morning back on my player account., i.e. on June 18, I asked for the removal of the old account to order a new account where the casino does not want to remove my old bank account. And I cannot pay the deposit to be able to withdraw because all payment methods are blocked for Poles.

I suspect that they will hold my money because they want me to lose them. I have been waiting for almost a week and I am writing all the time about any updates and nothing more.

I tried to reach an agreement with them, but it does not help, please help me solve this problem because she can not do it for a month, my money is hanging in this casino and I can not pay them

hahaha I had to delete the account at their casino so that the payment department could order this payment manually, another option they did not envisage they referred to SoftSwiss as a company providing software for games and not dealing with player payments! I do not recommend the casino thank you ASK for your support and I warn others about this casino. Lots of bugs and problems encountered on their part. So the casino on a scale of 1-10 I rate it as 1.DO NOT RECOMMEND!
