Tikitaka refusing verification and withdrawal of winnings
I won 1 258,01€ on their casino on 7.3.2025. They paid out 500€ euros to my account, before freezing withdrawals and asking for verification. I provided all the documents: facial recognition, proof of address, deposit history, ownership of account etc.
Last document they were asking is "Please provide the transaction history for march from the payment method used to top up your <retractred> bank account (500 EUR). I understood this refers to their payment of 500€ of the 1258,01€ of total winnings.
I provided receipt for that, and full payment method history from march, but they rejected the document multiple times for no clear reason! I have been in contact with their chat, they promised to return an answer to my email, but they never did!
It has been a month since I won the money. This is unacceptable.
