Terms & Conditions Vague RipOff Alert
As you can see this casino is blacklisted and here I found out why. As per the terms and conditions: "All withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $3000, this is determined by player class" then the next relevant part "Winpalaceplay reserves the right to payout higher winnings over several weeks." So that is what I read, somehow it translates as to this, I won $3000 minus the bonus of course and requested it. $750 was approved, I re-requested the other portion of my withdrawal as read in the terms and conditions that it could be a possibility and was told by 3 different customer service reps that "I need to increase my deposit activity to receive the rest of my withdrawal." Yes I've already spent thousands at this casino and I finally win but to get the money owed they want me to deposit more money which I had been doing by the way, until I heard this non-sense. So if you win here you just pay your own withdrawal back by making deposits and losing. It's too bad because the Casino format is great, but I directly quoted terms and conditions and hardly see how that translates. Below you can see the CS agent telling me what I am reporting. There are other Casinos that pay you without this hassle and I'd advise you play with them. Bad business practices! If they would have just paid me I'm sure they would've got their money back in no time. They tell you the bad reviews are from their competitors but it's a lie. They lie to you all the way up to the point the approve 1/4 of your withdrawal then their true colors show through. If you currently gamble here I recommend STOP giving away your money. If this issue is resolved I will be happy to report it but as for now the Blacklist is appropriate.
