Unable to enter their website immediately after the deposit was done

My name is Shkelqim Amataj and I would like to address this request to Syndicate Casino.
On 03.04.2020 I deposited 20 EUR via Skrill to claim the 125% bonus + 200FS. The deposit was successful although I haven't received the confirmation e-mail from the casino yet. At the exact moment of the payment the page crashed and from that moment on I can't access it anymore. I've tried to access the website on different web browsers but it doesn't work. Attached you will find screenshots from two different browsers.
I would really like to play at Syndicate Casino but apparently I can't or maybe is not possible in my country. Therefore if there is no other solution, I ask to be refund my deposit.
