Blocked account and refused to pay, false accusations

I played on this casino had some luck got up a grand and usually I keep a bit of play money but I really don't like this casino my son suggested it why I dunno? It's important to mention I generally don't use bonuses I hate the tie downs. So I have never received any bonuses on syndicate not one. I tried to withdraw 850$ and went to bed next morning I have 2 emails stating withdraw request and denial talk to customer support for reason. So I go to log in and my account is blocked. Live chat tells me I have 2 IDs and they are going to excercise 4.4 of the clause for my safety. I have probably made 6 or 7 deposits ranging from 10 to 50 dollars. But never received, or wanted a bonus. So I said no I don't have 2 ids. They told me they will do a thorough investigation and if I didn't have two IDs they would reinstate my ID and pay me I told them they didn't have to worry about reinstating my ID. I ready for the next day still no email nothing from them so I went back to live chat and I said what's going on what's the status of my account lady said your account was locked cuz you have two IDs payment denied . I told them that that was impossible and would not make two IDs there considering I don't use bonuses so why would I want to IDs unless I was trying to take advantage of their bonuses. and I told her that the lady the day before told me that they were going to do an investigation on it and she said no the decision was made and I said but that decision is wrong I don't have two IDs and eventually she said that she was going to send it to a new department and then we're going to do an investigation and no matter what I would hear back whether it was good news or bad news from them another day goes by business day 2 business days still not a word still getting a lot of their spam email though to tell me to come play even though my account is blocked and I asked not to be on the email list in the first place. So they know they do I go on I say what's going on with my account tells me the same thing it's a closed investigation they're not paying me but I've had two IDs for this month and if I set up if I had two IDs why would you even let me make another account why would you let me continue to play and free roll me. And again furthermore why would I want to IDs and show me any kind of proof whatsoever that I have these two IDs .. still no word and now it's scripted what the tell me same thing

What? That you are abusing your own t&c fraudulently. And you know as well as I do this condition is to prevent bonus abuse. 2 I don't have 2 IDs I have 1. I don't use your pathetic bonuses. 3 you were the Baron of unjust riches and you refuse to mediate or provide any information to a former customer. This is fraud plain and simple and regardless, of your terms and conditions you would loose a civil suit in seconds. You are horrible at repersenting this casino, as you have stated it was the discretion of the casino to act fraudulently. And showed the community syndicate is a rouge casino. And should be blacklisted.
