Hi there.
I hope you are well.
I have 3 withdrawals pending, the first since the 18th May, and the most recent since the 20th May.
The total amount outstanding is €1041.
The account is fully verified.
I have followed this up by email with them, to be told it would be 3 business days. All of the withdrawals are now very overdue.
I followed up on a number of occasions only to be fobbed off with 'there's been a delay, we will let you know etc'.
I have made a formal complaint, yet I have still not received anything.
I have attached screenshots showing all of the above.
I would very much appreciate your assistance with this matter.
