Delayed EUR 1500 withdrawals out of total EUR 4500 withdrawable balance

I currently have three pending withdrawal requests of EUR 500 each, submitted on:


- 12 May 2026: EUR 500

- 13 May 2026: EUR 500

- 18 May 2026: EUR 500


This means that EUR 1,500 is currently pending as withdrawal requests. In addition to these pending withdrawals, I still have approximately EUR 3,000 remaining as withdrawable balance in my Supabet account. Therefore, the total amount I am trying to withdraw from Supabet is approximately EUR 4,500.


Supabet states on its website that withdrawals are processed within approximately 3 business days. However, my pending withdrawal requests have not been processed within this timeframe, and I have not received any concrete explanation for the delay.


A previous EUR 500 withdrawal was already processed by Supabet, but only after approximately 7 days. Since then, my further withdrawal requests have remained pending, although the stated processing time is approximately 3 business days.


I have contacted Supabet support several times. Unfortunately, I have only received general template replies stating that the Financial Department is aware of the delay and that the matter is being reviewed. I have not received any specific information about the reason for the delay or a clear payout schedule. So far, Supabet has not requested any verification from me. In my account, the verification section currently also shows that no verification is required.


In addition, I sent Supabet a formal request and gave them 48 hours to provide a concrete update regarding the status of my withdrawals, the reason for the delay, and a clear payout schedule. However, I again only received a general template response without any specific explanation or payment confirmation.


I would also like to clarify that there is currently no active bonus connected to my pending withdrawals or remaining withdrawable balance. I have not cancelled my pending withdrawal requests, and I do not intend to continue playing with the remaining balance. My only request is the proper payout of my existing withdrawable balance.


I have attached screenshots of my pending withdrawal requests, examples of the general template replies I received from Supabet support, and my formal 48-hour request to Supabet.


I kindly ask AskGamblers to help me resolve this issue and ask Supabet to process my pending EUR 1,500 withdrawals and provide a clear payout schedule for the additional remaining approximately EUR 3,000 balance in my account.

I would like to provide another update.

I can confirm that the three withdrawal requests submitted on 1 June, 2 June and 3 June 2026, totaling EUR 1,500, have now reached my bank account.

I would like to thank Supabet for processing these withdrawals and I appreciate this positive development.

However, the complaint is not resolved yet, as approximately EUR 1,500 still remains as withdrawable balance in my Supabet account. As previously stated, I do not intend to continue playing with this remaining balance and I also want to withdraw it.

Due to Supabet’s withdrawal limits, I submitted the next EUR 500 withdrawal request today, 8 June 2026. I intend to submit further EUR 500 withdrawal requests on 9 June 2026 and 10 June 2026, as permitted by Supabet’s withdrawal limits, until the remaining balance has been fully paid out.

I kindly ask Supabet to continue processing these remaining withdrawal requests within the stated processing timeframe.

For clarity, I do not consider this complaint resolved until the full remaining withdrawable balance has actually reached my bank account.

Thank you for your update and for confirming that my new withdrawal request submitted on 1 June 2026 is already under review.

I would like to provide a further update for clarity:

After submitting the EUR 500 withdrawal request on 1 June 2026, I also submitted two additional withdrawal requests of EUR 500 each on 2 June 2026 and 3 June 2026, as permitted by Supabet’s withdrawal limits.

Therefore, there are currently three new withdrawal requests of EUR 500 each pending, totaling EUR 1,500. In addition, approximately EUR 1,500 still remains as withdrawable balance in my Supabet account, which I also intend to withdraw as soon as possible.

I appreciate Supabet’s statement that the financial department will monitor and process the upcoming withdrawals as quickly as possible. I kindly ask Supabet to continue processing these withdrawal requests within the stated processing timeframe and to inform me here if there are any issues or delays.

For clarity, the complaint is not resolved yet, as approximately EUR 3,000 of my withdrawable balance still has to be paid out. I will continue to update this complaint once further withdrawals have been processed and received in my bank account.

Subject: Request for Urgent Assistance Regarding Delayed Refund Payment

Dear Supabet Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my pending refund payment, which I have still not received despite already completing all the required steps from my side.

After receiving the refund confirmation email from your team, I immediately provided my correct bank account details as requested so the refund could be processed without delay. However, it has now been over a week, and the payment has still not been credited to my bank account. During this time, I have also sent multiple follow-up emails requesting an update about the status of the refund, but unfortunately I have not received any reply or explanation from your support team.

This situation has become very frustrating and disappointing because I have fully cooperated and submitted all the necessary information on time. As a customer, I expect clear communication and a proper response regarding my refund request. The lack of updates and delayed payment is causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I kindly request that your team urgently investigate this matter and provide me with a clear update on when I can expect to receive my refund. If there are any issues with the payment process or if additional information is required from my side, please let me know as soon as possible so the matter can be resolved quickly.

I would also like to respectfully request AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this issue, as I have not been able to get a response directly from Supabet despite repeated attempts.
