Hello AskGamblers,

Around 10 months ago I was a active player with Syndicate casino where I was playing once a week on Friday dayoff.I was well verified player from the beginning and they was sending secret offer every week. Though I was under huge lost of my budget but I continued playing with them because they treated me as like a vip player and was happily taking my money. One Friday around 7/8 months ago I was lucky enough,cashed out 2 withdraw requests $661 and $260.After that I waited 48 hrs but still no payment,so went to live chat,she told me not to worry they will definitely process all of my payments. However, I received only $260 from them within 7 days after initiated payment but the another $661 never received till now.I wanted to login to my account which is found blocked but support agents told me that my account is everything fine.Every week I am still receiving promo offers from them.I have attached screenshots of those for review.We are just now at the end of 2019 and I want my payment $661 Without further delay where I had already waited 8 months.I had sent emails to them over 50 times but got no feedback from them.

Hello Khan,

You have violated bonus Terms and Conditions in regards to bonus abusing, and were informed about that by email.

- Players who solely making deposits when there is a bonus available will risk of having their winnings from the bonus confiscated and being left with the initial deposited amount of the bonus in question;

- Players who make 3 deposits in a row (excluding welcome package) to the casino and trigger a bonus on all of those will risk losing their winnings from the bonus.

So, the winnings of 661 USD were voided and the initial deposit returned to your balance.
You kept playing and withdrawn 260.18 USD after that.

That is the only amount you should receive.

All evidence was sent to the Askgamblers team.

Hello Syndicate Casino,

Due to unable login to my account,I couldn't take ss of my deposit and withdrawal history to show Adkgamblers team and you to make 100% sure that the amount $661 never processed by casino and received by me,as though you stated that you processed my withdrawal.But when I was on live chat with agents,she informed me my withdrawals will be definitely paid within few days because she stated many withdrawals were pending at that moment,so advised me to keep patient.Whole last 6 months I was waiting with patient enough.So to resolve this issue asap may I request you to let me know that which day you had processed my withdrawal amount $661? Then I could send precise evidence/screenshot to askgamblers for review carefully to reach at conclusion.Please response with timely manner where 2019 almost end.Thank you in advance.

As of today I received only $260.18 on 17th July 2019 and the another payment $661 never received yet.I have double checked my Neteller transactions full history few moments ago and had been confirmed that.So,please advise how and which sufficient document/evidence will proven non payment of amount $661 from Syndicate casino.I also request to Askgamblers team to review all relevant documents provided by Syndicate casino and me.Thank you.Wish a very happy new year ahead 2020.

My bank statement was rejected without giving reasons

I've been trying to verify my account since the end of February without success. According to the casino's rules, bank statements from the last 90 days are permitted to verify the address. I sent such a document. It was rejected without giving reasons. The same document was accepted by all casinos I played at, including dama nv group casinos. I then sent 3 emails asking me to explain the reasons for the rejection, but received no response. I'm now looking forward to the casino's response to this complaint.

My withdrawal of 2100 Eur is pending since Friday

I requested a withdrawal on the 10/11/23 and have not received my withdrawal of 2100.

I have been on there on line chat and all I keep getting is it takes 24 hours. It's now 5 days and I still have not received my withdrawal.

Verification too long

Hi , I don't like to make complaints but my verification to that casino takes a long time. I sent all my documents from 12 / 10 and most of them still pending. Only my ID decline and they sent me email. I sent them again my ID and get accepted. The rest still pending. I don't have any problem with casino but I worry about this. If 1 document is declined, why should I have to wait another 5 days ? Thanks

Cashout problem

Hi;

I made a withdrawal with bitcoin on 12 January, and they said to me it takes 5 banking days.

And today 21 January there is no action. I contact customer support several times but no specific answer about it.

They just say wait. Yes, I've waited for 9 days.

My account is fully verified, and deposit with bitcoin and cashout with bitcoin too.

It's only 100 euros, why it takes too long?

I hope it s gonna be faster solution after they read this.

Delaying Payment and removing skrill

I have a fully verified account with Syndicate casino and I am having issues withdrawing my funds.

I deposited with Skrill and withdrew using the same method. I was then asked for verification of my Skrill account which I uploaded - I then went to make the withdrawal again and Skrill had vanished from the options. Chat could not tell me why.

I have previously used card to deposit so I withdrew my money via card and they have declined it. I have been on chat and emailed them but they cannot give me a reason as to why and they are now ignoring me.

This is for a very small amount of money. I do not know why they allowed me to use Skrill to withdraw once and then deleted that option, I was under the impression they were meant to offer the same deposit and withdrawal method to avoid money laundering.

Not willing to help accordingly with missing deposit

I deposited $100 via Neosurf 48 hours ago. I have sent screenshots of the voucher that I used and also the proof from Neosurf that the money went into Syndicates account. The funds have not been deposited to my account as yet.. I have told Syndicate how to contact Neosurf to get the proof of deposit but they are not interested and tell me that they are investigating the matter. It is not good enough to just keep customers waiting this long. If I can contact Neosurf and find out who the money was paid to then so can Syndicate! Bad customer relations.

Troubles requesting a withdrawal

I have attempted to withdraw from syndicate casino 4 times now to skrill. Each time my withdrawal is cancelled. I am fully verified.

When I seek help on chat or email they seem to think I am attempting to withdraw via bank transfer but I am not (see screengrabs attached).

I am at a stalemate now. I deposited with skrill and wish to withdraw with skrill and the email does not seem to accept I have never attempted to use a bank transfer? So they advice they are giving me is not relevant and I am currently stuck in this endless loop with the casino where they are giving me irrelevant information.

Please can askgamblers help mediate this so we can get this issue resolved.

Delayed Withdrawal

On the 4/12 I performed a withdrawal to Credit card of 1500.15. After a few days, I received saying it was approved. I waited for my funds nothing. After having to contact this casino I had to submit my bank statements to prove I had not received the payment which I submitted.

Waiting too long for my withdrawal

Delayed withdrawal of $8,000

I withdrew 8000 from syndicate 6 days ago and apparently they're having issues with the payment provider one minute I'm told they don't know who the payment provider is and then the next they're saying it's my bank. The vip staff all say different things about it it's almost as if they've lost 8000.

They can't give me even a rough estimate of when I will know why the issue even is, after telling me that I would hear between 3-8 hours they then called me and told me that my money is being held by the payment provider and the lady on the phone 'gemma' told me she doesn't even know who the payment provider is only the billing department does so they're VIP MANAGER who can't do anything to help or can't see anything
