Withdrawal pending since thursday 27 08

Hello,
I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal from StakePrix Casino that has been pending since Thursday at approximately 1:00 AM.
It has now been several days and I still have not received my funds. The withdrawal remains pending despite the amount of time that has passed.
I have contacted the casino regarding the situation, but my withdrawal has still not been processed.
I would therefore appreciate AskGamblers' assistance in contacting StakePrix and helping resolve this issue.
I can provide screenshots of the pending withdrawal, my account verification status and my communications with the casino if required.
