Delayed payment from the Casino
I made a withdrawal request on January 6th at 1pm. Sister sites of this casino in which I made withdrawals at yesterday, paid within 4 hours. There is no reason to have the funds in a pending status. I am fully verified. I have sent emails to support and the finance department and I have not had one response. It is still in pending status, fully cancellable which means it is NOT being processed. I want my 250$ CAD. Their lack of response to my email is dismissive and concerning. I can only imagine if it were a larger amount!
