Sportsbet.io Casino - Will not close account despite being notified about my problem gambling issues

Dear,

At 09-09-2019 I chatted with Sportsbet to close my account, they told me to do it by e-mail, so I did send them that night an e-mail from my iCloud account (see screenshot).
Then they answered that they need the e-mail from my registered account and I did also from the registered e-mail (see other screenshot)

They didn't answered to me and I kept playing and losing.

Again at 19-09-2019 I asked them to close my account by livechat (screenshot). They answered that they need the e-mail from my registered account but I already did so, they just don't want to close my account.

They even motivate me to lose more, as today (21-10-2019) they say if I play more I will get a bonus soon but they know I have a gambling problem.

Come on and close my account and refund all losses I had after the date I requested to close my account.

AskGamblers Complaints Team has been provided with enough information and evidence on behalf Sportsbet.io Casino management  to confirm the fact that player kept blackmailing casino instead of simply providing requested information, in regards to their account closure. 

AskGamblers Complaints Team maintains zero tolerance towards player trying to abuse our complaints service and not using it in good faith, therefore we took the decision to reject this complaint and moreover, to ban the player from using our services in the future.
