Alleged Playson games loaded under Boongo brand

I would like to report the sportsbet.io site for "alleged" infringement. On the site they have slots with the name Boongo which belongs to Direx NV, based in Curacao, but when I open the games Playson is not mentioned in the center of the screen, although they are games attributable to Playson based in Malta and licensed assigned by GAMBLING COMMISSION ( UK).
This is very strange because it is the first time that it happens to me in a casino with Playson games, practically as soon as the game is opened it appears to be Boongo's software program, but when it finishes loading and does it start referencing Playson?
I asked the sportsbet.io website for an explanation, and they told me it's their commercial decision ... how to say, I'm selling smartphones and instead of Huawei I put the name Apple (my commercial decision). To be clear, Playson and Booongo are different game providers. Both of them have a different set of games, licensed and certified in different regions of the planet, the UK included in the case of Playson.

So, the fact that you see both Playson and Booongo games under the same tab is not considered as incitement as based on the contract Booongo is allowed to do so.

At the same time, players are aware of who produces each of the game titles - this can be seen during the game load, as well as, during the gameplay - the brand and logo of the game providers are easily displayed.

To make it even more precise, the fact that you see Playson under the Booongo tab does not reflect the game producer, but the game route from the Playson server (that controls the game engine, math and all the other game assets) to the casino website. Boongo doesn't have access to the graphics engine? what is that screenshot? surely anyone can enter your site and open the Playson slots with proof to find that they actually open with another graphics engine.
Then he says you don't have enough information to comment on the business decisions of companies? I tried to log into my account on March 1st,2025, but it was asking for 2f, which u had not activated.

I used a temporary email to register the account because if this, I had to use my other email to consult customer team I had answered all the security questions to prove that this is indeed my account.

The team said the email has been updated, and u can use my account, but 6 hours later, when I tried to log in to my account, it was asking for 2FA, which u didn’t activate again

Then I texted them from the updated email, they told me this email is not registered.

Again, I had to go through the painful process of convincing them that this was my account, and finally, they sent me my account. It is verified, and u can access my account again.

After this message, when I tried to log in, it again asked for 2fa, and the customer team has gone cold, and they are not responding.

I have had my account in the sportsbet.io casino for more than 1 year, I stopped betting for several months and returned by betting 800 USDT on the NFL, I won my bet and was able to collect without problems, then I deposited 768 USDT and bet on NBA , I won again and then played online roulette, winning 2400 USDT. I wanted to go collect my winnings and I was surprised that they asked me for a KYC verification, I was able to pass it and then they sent me an email accusing me of many things without being specific, such as:

I have been playing in this casino for 5 months or more.
I have never had problems with Sportsbet before.

One day I was unable to withdraw funds from my account. There was a pop-up message in the site interface: “Please verify your account to withdraw your money.”
I have verified my account. But, even after this, I could not withdraw money from the account. When I tried to withdraw, the message “contact us by email for withdrawal” appeared.

They do not want to withdraw money

Hello. My name is < removed >. My username (Sportsbet.io) is < removed >. I signed up on Sportsbet.io about 20 days ago. (Amount in the account 1377 dollars).

Since then, I have only replenished, never withdrawn. I sometimes won and sometimes I lost bets. However, on July 30, 2023, I decided to withdraw money for the first time. My name is Selin and my sportsbet.io username is sturker. I started bet with sportsbet.io more or less 20 days ago.
Since then,sometimes I have won and sometime lost bets. However, on 04/02/2022, I could not withdraw the money I earned from the bet(2.852,85 USDT). I contacted sportbet.io officials via e-mail. Sportsbet.io emailed me that they wants to verify my account. I submitted documents on the same day through email and they emailed me back saying that they wants me to do verify process new system of uploading documents. I have done that as well.
Then they emailed to me to asking if i have more than one another account. I don't have another account and I have forwarded this information to them via e-mail.
They sent me two different usernames(ekayhan-eozdogan) and asked how I was related to these people. These users are my friends and we all have our own sportbet.io account.I informed this information by e-mail to them .
They did not reply to my e-mail. I wrote 3 more e-mails stating that I am waiting for a reply, but they have not responded for 5 days.

The bet that won is calculated by losing

Hello. I attach a screenshot of the bid. The office calculated my winning bet as a losing one, arguing that I was betting on the score 0-1. But even in my "losing" coupon, it is clear that the bet was made with the score 0-0. How is this possible?
