Spinrollz froze all available withdraw methods

I won 619.87€, and made a withdraw request. The casino timed out the withdraw request after ~ 1 week. After that they froze all my withdraw methods and refused to pay me. They haven't given any timeline when I'm able to withdraw my winnings.

They haven't given any reasonable explanation why all the withdraw methods are disabled. This seems like a blatant scam.
