Withdrawal not paid out on time

I have a withdrawal of 500€ that is showing as being in processing since thursday 19.03 14:36
Spinrollz has told me in email exchanges that everything is okay and that they process withdrawals within 3 business days.
It is now afternoon 24.03 and I’ve yet to receive the withdrawal and upon asking for the status I’m receiving still the same information that it is in queue.
From what I gather from this site this is not a one off occurence
