Issue with verification

My account in Spinrollz has been closed for some time with 2250€ inside. When I try to login I get message account is under review.
I was told to email documents to them 25th October and I did it immediately when I get back home from travelling 28th October. Now it's already nine days gone and no progress or responses.
I have asked from their live chat this couple of times but they can't help. I asked them to call me too but it's not how they apparently operate.
