On Jan 27th I withdrew 2110 euros from their casino after completing their bonus wagering requirements.

I was verified instantly. However the withdrawal kept failing to my credit card because it is unsupported with my bank. They asked to make a small deposit via Ecopayz which I did. However there is an issue with my Ecopayz which will not allow incoming payments from merchants.

I also asked for a manual wire transfer, they said they do not do wire transfers.

I have no options left at this moment. It makes me wonder why a casino does not have wire transfer options for the client to withdraw his or her funds.

Up until this day, they have not provided me any positive solutions without having to create other e-wallets or other accounts just to withdraw my funds.

Can you please help Spinia /Askgamblers ?

Dear DRUNK85FUN,

The problem is that you have selected EUR currency instead of CAD which is more common for your region. Since we are unable to withdraw to your EcoPayz account, we can suggest you to exchange your EUR balance to CAD (1 EUR = 1,50 CAD) and make a cashout via Instadebit. In this case at least minimum deposit via Instadebit in CAD will be required as well as the screenshot of your deposit uploaded to your personal page for the KYC,

I do not see Instadebit or Idebit on your deposit page. How do I make the deposit then ?

Okay, I have made a 15$ deposit via Idebit. I have also sent you a screenshot of my Idebit account for your kyc procedure.

Please convert my 2130 eur to canadian dollars, at the exchange rate of 1.50 CAD.
I should be able to withdraw a total of 3210$.
