I am a user with gaming account number 971117899.
After the completion of my account verification, their final decision was to block my account from betting but I was told to withdraw the remaining funds from my account,
The moment I went to my withdrawal page, I noticed no payment option was available, unlike when my verification was still in process, a payment method was available but immediately I was told to withdraw all my funds, I couldn’t find any payment options on my withdrawal page.
This is so frustrating because I think this payment method was intentionally removed by them because they didn’t want to pay me my funds, it’s no coincidence
