I won 20k BGN on a game on Spinbetter and they won't process my withdrawal.

First I asked on chat how I can withdraw my funds and they said I need to email their support. I emailed support and they asked for the standard KYC docs that I sent.

The method I used for deposit was not available so I was told to use a different deposit method. I used Netteller and deposited the minimum amount and then asked to verify that deposit method. They then asked for various screenshots of my Netteller account which I reluctantly sent.

Now they are requesting weird selfies to prove it's me because they can't verify my identity. I really don't want to send the requested weird selfies because I believe it's a scam - never had an online casino asked for such photos. I just want my winnings or at least my deposit back.

I have read good and bad reviews and I'm starting to feel like I have been properly scammed.
