Hi There,
I would like to complain regarding my withdrawals from spingienie casino
on 19.11.2018 I withdrawed my winning money which was £350 which was approved and the same day I made another withdrawal on £100 (2x50) which was approved aswell. On 26.11.2018 I made deposit for £27.5, from this money I had few good winning and I made withdrawal for £300 which was approved.On 27.11.2018 I made another deposit for £27.5 and from this money I made withdrawal £50 which this time was failed as was some problem with my bank details. After few received email about problem with my bank account and the money will back to my casino account which was happen but only £350 on the same day I setup my credit card and sent this money which were passed without a problem.
On 19.12.2018 I made deposit for £20 and from this amount I made £120 and withdrawal go without any problem and I got my money on my account As you can see all my withdrawals 350+50­+50­+30­0+5­0+1­20=920 but I received only £470 so I still missed £450. I called them several times, they ask me to send my bank statement what I made and on this statement was only one payment from casino on £350.Lady which I spoke with promise mene to send all papers to account team to make investigation, after almost 3 weeks wiyhout any answer I called them today 28.12.2018 and they said to me that everything is correct and all the money I should receive, I received but......well I still missing £450
