I can't withdraw my money

I was told to provide documents before I can withdraw my winnings so I did.

I provided my id and my bank details that I used to deposit. I got an email saying all was approved but soon as I went back on there to withdraw my winnings it told me to provide documents. Now they said the card I used didn't have info on the front but all my card number and info is on the back.

I explained to them that's how my bank was so I changed my bank card, did a deposit, and sent them my id again and my new card details.

I've not heard from them for a week now and my winnings are building up and still can't withdraw I've sent u 2 attachments to show u what they owe and what it says when I try to withdraw.
