Account closure and bonus forfeited

13 July 2 weeks ago was playing online pokies and decided would try out bonus which said 100 free spins, but spins didn't load after several attempts, I tried to cancel the bonus due to spins not working, but instead, I accidentally pressed forfeit bonus, it took all my credit, everything, I the joined the chat and explained what had happened and was told they could not reverse, chat continued and I was told my account was being closed for threats. I recently got an email saying they would return funds back to my account, checked several times account is closed, and several emails were sent still no reply weeks later.

Declining to accept bank statements

Hi there,

First off I got my accounts opened in November and I made $100 deposits twice and I made a successful withdrawal of $200 which was approved without no reason. Now I have made several deposits to casinos in December using a same payment method and I have submitted my relevant bank statement to them showing 2 of $100 deposits made in November as I am waiting for December bank statements to be generated from bank and they are not able to accept it as it’s same payment method and I had forwarded the statement and they say they don’t able to accept them and keep declining my withdrawal.

Crypto deposit never credited to account

On June 13th I made 2 deposits using cryptocurrency, the first one was deposited within 5 minutes. After finishing my balance I deposited another time but this time it did not deposit even though I got confirmation it was successful.

I contacted the chat because it had been over an hour, and I could see my transaction on the Ethereum Explorer, they told me they did not see it in my transactions. My wallet was deducted 2522.91 USDT as you can see in the screenshots, however the amount never got to my casino balance.

I decided to make another deposit the same night, and to my surprise it was in my account in less than 5 minutes. Then I did 2 more deposits and they were all successful. So there is no reason for the deposit of 2522.91 USDT to not be credited to my account, crypto deposits are instant and there should not be any delays.

Now it is over 2 days later, the only message I received is they are contacting the merchant and will give me update. They did not acknowledge the deposit even though I sent them the screenshots with both wallets visible, and there is no sign of progress
