Delay in receiving my withdrawal from Spela Casino
Date: 9th November:
I would like to make a formal complaint against Spela casino.
I raised a withdrawal request on October 27th, nearly 2 weeks ago.
My withdrawal request is still pending document review.
I have uploaded documents on a number of occasions, as requested by the casino.
Each time they have come back after approximately 72 hours, their worse case SLA, and stated there is an issue and I would need to upload documents again.
I use a number of other casinos and have successfully used the same documents and been verified.
I have sent a number of emails and initiated on line chats requesting this matter be expedited and escalated but have not received back satisfactory responses.
In summary after nearly 2 weeks, there seems to have been no progress made and this morning when I logged on to the site my documents are still pending review.
Any help you can provide in resolving this matter will be very much appreciated as I feel all my attempts have failed.
