I put a withdrawal request of £392 with Spela Casino back in January 15th.
Received the confirmation email that my withdrawal was reviewed :
We have received your withdrawal request of -392.00 GBP on Fri Jan 15 23:41:28 GMT 2021. Your withdrawal will be reviewed and processed, as per our withdrawal policy stated in our terms and conditions. )
After about a week of not receiving the funds I was expecting, I tried logging into my account just to find out that is was locked.
I've been in contact to their customer support, sent all the documents they're requested but it's been a month now and already emailed them a couple times asking for an update but received no reply.
Not sure if a security check takes this long to complete, and not providing any updates is very unprofessional from Spela.
