Withdrawals not being processed


Up until about 5 weeks ago the withdrawal process was fairly quick and other than a previous delay a cpl years ago I've had no real issues. 5 weeks ago I was told there was a delay due to payment provider and after several emails and about a week the withdraws started being processed and I was told they where in a que and theyay still be delays whilst they catch up on backlog of payments. That was fine but after only having a a cpl processed then a week went by then another processed and now nothing for over a week. I've sent multiple emails with absolutely no response this week and my 5 withdrawals are still sitting unprocessed. In this time I've deposited over 20k with no issues but withdrawals seem to be a problem for them. It's all starting to feel very uncomfortable and making me very nervous. I've got copies of emails etc if required also currently waiting on $ 9000 in withdrawals
