Withdrawals not being processed

Up until about 5 weeks ago the withdrawal process was fairly quick and other than a previous delay a cpl years ago I've had no real issues. 5 weeks ago I was told there was a delay due to payment provider and after several emails and about a week the withdraws started being processed and I was told they where in a que and theyay still be delays whilst they catch up on backlog of payments. That was fine but after only having a a cpl processed then a week went by then another processed and now nothing for over a week. I've sent multiple emails with absolutely no response this week and my 5 withdrawals are still sitting unprocessed. In this time I've deposited over 20k with no issues but withdrawals seem to be a problem for them. It's all starting to feel very uncomfortable and making me very nervous. I've got copies of emails etc if required also currently waiting on $ 9000 in withdrawals

Delayed payment always

This is my third withdrawal in the last 4 weeks. They used to payout within 24 hours and the website says up to 58 minutes. I have had to wait 8 days for two different withdrawals and am currently on day 9 waiting for 2 more. There is no communication at all, the finance department and support have ignored all 8 of my emails in the last month. My deposit and withdrawal methods are consistent and verified, I don't use bonuses and have not reached any limits or restrictions. They should be updating their websites withdrawal timeframes to indicate they are now the slowest paying casino not still falsely claiming up to 48 minutes to withdrawal via bitcoin.

So disrespectful not communicating or explaining why the delay, or giving ETA on when the $4000 will be processed

Delayed payment no valid reason

Wednesday 25/06/25, I withdrew 400, which was paid within hours.

On Thursday, 26/06/25, I tried to withdraw 500. The website says bitcoin payments take up to 48 minutes.

It has been 5 days, and there is no communication as to why it is still pending.

I don't use bonuses, and my account is verified.

There is no max weekly limit that I am aware of, and I have pulled out larger amounts before without issue.

No one on chat will provide any explanation or ETA, and the finance department will not respond to my emails.

Delayed payment for almost 2 weeks

Hey on September 30 2017 I made a withdraw request of 650. I never used a bonus when I deposited I emailed them my drivers license a piece of mail with address and a screen shot of my ecopayz account. In there terms it says 24 hours to process the withdraw and I guess another 24 hours to make payment. I haven’t heard anything from them. I emailed them yesterday saying if I didn’t hear anything back within 24 hours I was making a complaint. My withdraw status hasn’t changed in nearly two weeks and I spoke to live chat like 3 days after I made the withdraw request and they said they were behind due to lots of new accounts and withdraws. I would like to know what’s going on....😐

Stalling 'account investigation' and payment for 3 months

This casino locked my account with my deposit and winnings in it (total 709 euro) and after they received all the requested documents. They told me they need 2 weeks for investigation. Now it is already 3 months since then. The casino did not reply for a single email of mine for this whole period. That is such a rogue behaviour from Space Lilly casino. If they don’t pay me - they should be downrated on this website so other players avoid will it at all costs. It seems like they DON’T pay the winners at this casino. And they totally ignore you when you ask for any explanation.
