Refusing to refund $10 deposit


Dear AskGamblers, Im trying looking for to get back my right , the story begun it was a month ago i signup with space casino, with got free spins 20, after several hours i managed wagered with maximum cashout $30,, i chat with support for cashout my winning i must deposit $10, so to day i made deposit $10 with skrill. Then i uploaded my document, suddenly when i upload my document i had kicked out from casino web,so i try come back log in but itt wont work with announced my account disable, it is so insane if this casino want disable why not from the begging i signup !, i chat with support he told me account disable cuz i created multiple account, it is insane what ever this casino reasons thats only from this casino view, the most i cant believed when i asked my deposit money $10 whit rudest he closed the chat,, i cant believed it the ones biggest casino took away my money only $10 this casino wont back my money $10, dear AskGamblers plz help me for to get back my right my money $10, here i send screenshot my deposit with skrill, and emailed from this casino that casino was received my money, and my casino account who had already disable. for your attentions thank u so much AskGamblers.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with valid evidence on behalf the management of Space Casino where it is clearly displayed that player had opened more than one account. Player by these actions violated general casino term #

3.4. You can register only one account. One account per residence address, IP address, PC. If you register more than one gaming account, all your accounts will be suspended or deleted, and all your bets will be void. Besides, your winnings and bonuses received or accumulated during the period of use of several gaming accounts will be void as well. We can request you to return funds withdrawn from your accounts.
3.1. All bonuses are issued per one person and family, home address, email address, IP-address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

Upon casino's term #8.12, casino is not obligated to return player's deposit if player breached any of the casino terms

8.12. The Player agrees that if he violates these rules or Casino has reasonable grounds to assume that the Player has violated the rules, Casino reserves the right to suspend his gaming account, cancel all bets, refuse to pay out his winnings or use the funds on the Player’s account for compensation of its own losses resulting from such actions of the Player.

Not paying me €3,102 withdrawal, not telling what I've done wrong
Hi :)

I have a complaint that I see seems similar to one that happened last year with space casino on your website.
I registered a few weeks ago and got their welcome promo, and played and won 3102€.
I have tried to withdraw.

They want standard documents, so I sent them.

Then they requested some time later a selfie of me holding my ID, and ok, no problem, I read the email, took a picture and sent it.

Then they requested a selfie of me with space casino text, and ok, I took that picture and sent that too.

And then they blocked my account and I can no longer log in. I don't get it, they got everything they wanted with no problem.

They are nice and polite on live chat (always a plus). However, they won't let me withdraw. They say the reason is bonus abuse, and the best I could get out of them is relationship with other people and accounts. I don't get what's going on,

I understand checks but I gave all the documents they needed and more and I don't know what they are talking about, I only opened one account a few weeks ago and that is it. I even only played their welcome bonus, nothing else, everybody gets that. :(
I respected all Terms and conditions.

So if you could check it out with them, I would be grateful, and any evidence of all this which you might need I'll happily provide.
I did not know what to include, it seems the description tells everything. Including selfies to the complaint seemed not necessary but I can if it is needed. :)

Account closed and balance of 2.274 BTC unjustly confiscated
On December 10 I got registered at Space Casino. I made 2 deposits and on the second deposit I managed to get some winnings. I played through the requirements of the bonus I had and afterwards my balance was 2.274 BTC. I made a withdrawal, but the next day I got an email from Space Casino informing me that my account had been disabled and balance confiscated. The reason for this is that they claim I breached term 10.1 : " If the Player is suspected of fraudulent actions including but not limited to: participation in any type of collusion with other players; development of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings; fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers; chargeback procedures with a credit card or denial of some payments; provision of incorrect personal information during registration; other ways of cheating..." But I have not breached that term. I have no idea what kind of fraud they think I have committed. I just played normally on this casino: made deposits, played through my bonus according to the bonus terms, and then made a withdrawal. I can not think of anything that can be considered as fraudulent. So I believe that Space Casino has unfairly accused me of fraud. Despite that I have sent several emails to them, they have still not told me why they think I breached term 10.1 They just keep claiming I breached it and give no further explanation. I hope we will be able to find a solution to this misunderstanding so I can withdraw my 2.274 BTC winnings.

Voided 4200 € accusing me to have "duplicates" winch is not true
Hello, I signed up at space casino in aug 17 , claimed the FDB of 333 € and lost it. Now, more than 3 months later,on OCT25 ´17, i decided to give it another go when they sent me an email with a 50% bonus offer inside. I made a 50 € deposit and claimed 25 € Bonus and got extremely lucky and won around 4200 € playing slots (reached the 300x multiplier level two times a the slot "300 shields"). After i met the wagering requirements for the bonus (and some more wagering) i requested two skrill cashouts (i also used skrill for my deposits) and left around 2500 € in my account wich i continued to gamble with that night. The next day i uploaded my documents and they all were aprooved. Then all of sudden i received an email from them that claiming i have "duplicates" : "Unfortunately we must inform You that our security Department founded that You have duplicates in which was taken bonuses. According to our rules all bonuses are issued per one person and family, home address, email address, IP-address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.). In this regard Your winning will be forfeited. Your Deposit You can withdraw. Space Casino Team" my reply: "Hey there This can only be an error since i only own one account at Space Casino My name is xxxx, Adress, Postcode, Country! My skrill email adress is [email protected] signature" Now, 3 days after my reply i still did not receive any response or explanation. On the day i received the email i also went to live chat and asked if there is any other account registered to my name , adress and emailand CS CONFIRMED that i DO NOT have any other accounts at this casino . I KNOW i dont have another account at the casino since i take a note whenever i sign up to a casino. Now i am still waiting for a response to my email with an explanation but the casino just remains silent. What a nightmare! i still hope that all this turns out to be some kind of mistake and to receive my legitimate winnings!
