Closed account and refused to pay winnings
I thought I’d create a new complaint as things have escalated overnight. I’ve since found out after Bethard/sons of slots said they’ve withdrawn my funds they’ve actually not. On Friday evening I won over $6000. I was told I could only withdraw using muchbetter and went back and forth providing documents etc - I had to deposit a minimum of $30 using this method and won a further $250. In the end they said I could withdraw my $6280 using interac. I made the withdrawal on Monday (yesterday) and received the email saying it had been completed. Then the #&$@ hit the fan. They closed my account and I Received the attached email this morning claiming my original funds were never deposited from my bank and all my winnings were confiscated! I am completely fuming and stressed! How can they act like this. I deposited via interac, entered all the relevant credentials and played for 3hrs on Friday evening - I have all the transaction receipts from the casino itself. I also have a screen shot before they blocked my account with a list of completed deposits. When I checked my bank account the funds were not taken but that can usually take a couple of days to show on the account and reflected on the balance so thought nothing of it. I feel like I’ve been completely screwed over, how can they just say we didn’t take your payment, let me play and then when I win confiscate my winnings?. Please help.
