Closed account and refused to pay winnings


I thought I’d create a new complaint as things have escalated overnight. I’ve since found out after Bethard/sons of slots said they’ve withdrawn my funds they’ve actually not. On Friday evening I won over $6000. I was told I could only withdraw using muchbetter and went back and forth providing documents etc - I had to deposit a minimum of $30 using this method and won a further $250. In the end they said I could withdraw my $6280 using interac. I made the withdrawal on Monday (yesterday) and received the email saying it had been completed. Then the #&$@ hit the fan. They closed my account and I Received the attached email this morning claiming my original funds were never deposited from my bank and all my winnings were confiscated! I am completely fuming and stressed! How can they act like this. I deposited via interac, entered all the relevant credentials and played for 3hrs on Friday evening - I have all the transaction receipts from the casino itself. I also have a screen shot before they blocked my account with a list of completed deposits. When I checked my bank account the funds were not taken but that can usually take a couple of days to show on the account and reflected on the balance so thought nothing of it. I feel like I’ve been completely screwed over, how can they just say we didn’t take your payment, let me play and then when I win confiscate my winnings?. Please help.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Sons of Slots Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

In addition, since complainant failed to provide needed paperwork within the agreed time frame, we have no other choice but to reject the case and recommend player to forward the issue to the relevant regulatory body.

All we ever asked since day 1 of this complaint was a bank statement showing your transaction history and the deposits made to our company from your bank account in chronological order.

You made fun of us and our "ridiculous" request.

Then it was AskGamblers turn to request the same document.

Now it was not only us that was 'crazy", it was also the AskGamblers.

We are already on day 10 and we still have not received the document we requested.

It seems that there is something wrong here, regarding your deposits to our company.

Although, you tried really hard to twist our words since day 1, the thread is public and visible to everyone to see that since our first reply we told you that zero (0) cents were deducted from your bank account.

Anyway the clock is ticking and AskGamblers, us and the people that DMed you are waiting for this bank statement.

On the other hand, AskGamblers requested from us twice some evidence and we provided them within an hour.

Sounds strange for a company that has something to "hide".
