Withdrawal problem 210e

I initiated a withdrawal request on 2023.02.26. After one day I went to chat ask them about my request, because once I had a succesful withdrawal at them which has processed in a few hours. In the chat they stated that the financial department asked me for additional verification which means I should provide to them a video selfie of myself. They didn't informed me about this before just after I went to the chat. Okay I provided to the them the video they stated that I will receive my funds in shortly. On the next day (2023.02.28) I went again on chat asking them what is about my withdrawal request. They stated that they are checking me about unfair gambling and this investigation can take up 31 calendar days. You should know that I had about 10-15 single bets at soccer markets with 40-50 EUR amounts. After got this information I created a second withdrawal request for my remaining funds (110 EUR) and I wanted to close my account and request a refund for my funds which is on my gamin balance (210 EUR) -because as far as I know in this case the contract is terminated between us and they have to refund all of my funds from my gaming balance. They rejected this because I have pending withdrawal and they are stating in case of I delete my account all my funds credited to the casino so I will never get back my funds. Please help to solve this issue, I just want my money and I don't want to play at them anymore.

After one month waiting yes I got my money. Despite of this they just lied on the chat as you can see above, and just stalling the time if they have to pay out the players. You can close the complaint, but you can see the problems, after three months they opened the case to show themself as good casino but they aren't. Don't play here.

Uncredited deposit issue
Dear AskGamblers Team, I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue regarding uncredited deposits, similar to my previous experience which was resolved following my complaint over here in the past regarding SolCasino.

Current issue: Specifically, on May 10, 2025, I made two separate deposits at SolCasino , one for INR 2400 and another for INR 2200. Unfortunately, as of today, neither of these deposits has been credited to my account. I have followed up with their chat support multiple times and provided screenshots of the transactions, yet there has been no clear timeline provided for resolution.

This delay has persisted for more than 5 days, despite assurances from their support team that such issues typically resolve faster. I was recently informed that my case has been escalated to their financial team, further extending the waiting period.

I wish to express my frustration with this ongoing issue. While I appreciate the responsiveness of their chat support , the lack of a timely resolution is disappointing. A reliable deposit process is crucial for maintaining trust and satisfaction among players. It is imperative that Sol Casino improves its payment systems to prevent such recurring issues considering this has happened time and again.

I have attached screenshots of both deposit transactions for your reference. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter and would appreciate if SolCasino intervenes and closes this at the earliest.
