I made two deposits: one for INR 1200 on October 4, 2024, and another for INR 2200 on October 8, 2024. Unfortunately, both deposits have yet to be credited to my account.

I have reached out to the casino’s chat support multiple times and provided screenshots of my transactions. While the chat support team has been excellent in their responses, they have not given me a clear timeline for when I can expect my money back. As a result, I’ve now lost more than a week waiting for a resolution.

Overall, I enjoy playing at Sol Casino, but I believe there needs to be an improved process for handling deposit issues. A seamless deposit experience is crucial, and having a clear protocol in place to address uncredited deposits would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.

I felt compelled to reach out on Askgamblers.com since this issue has been delayed without resolution. I have attached screenshots for both deposits made on the respective dates.

Update: As of now , I have received the first deposit amount of INR 1200.
I’m only awaiting the deposit amount of INR 2200 to be credited now , and the complaint can be then closed .
