Sol casino - No pay, great delay of 80 Euros

Hi,

Sol casino don't want to pay 80 Euro. I am already verified, I have send all my Papiers. I have mare deposit whit my MasterCard and later I have mare withdraw 80 Euro.

They Tell me that is technical problem and send the money back in my casino Account...this is not normal. I believe this casino is scam or don't want to pay....please don't play here.

Delaying my withdrawal even after successful verification

Hello Sol Casino,

I’m posting here because my withdrawal request from September 29 at 20:00 is still pending, and I haven’t received a clear answer through your support channels.

Initially, according to your Terms and Conditions, the maximum processing time for a withdrawal is 24 hours, which has also not been honored. Over these days, I’ve only received generic responses asking me to “wait,” without any real progress or detailed updates.

Additionally, by your email, I was informed that the verification process may take up to 72 hours. However, that period has already passed, and I still haven’t received any specific explanation or a concrete timeframe for when my withdrawal will be processed.

I would like to emphasize that my betting activity is minimal, and I have successfully withdrawn funds before using the same account and method. This makes the current delay even more confusing.

All I’m asking for is clear communication and a definite timeline for the completion of the verification and withdrawal process. Transparency builds trust, and I believe this should be resolved promptly.

I hope this post helps to get a proper response and resolution soon.

Uncredited deposit issue

Dear AskGamblers Team, I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue regarding uncredited deposits, similar to my previous experience which was resolved following my complaint over here in the past regarding SolCasino.

Current issue: Specifically, on May 10, 2025, I made two separate deposits at SolCasino , one for INR 2400 and another for INR 2200. Unfortunately, as of today, neither of these deposits has been credited to my account. I have followed up with their chat support multiple times and provided screenshots of the transactions, yet there has been no clear timeline provided for resolution.

This delay has persisted for more than 5 days, despite assurances from their support team that such issues typically resolve faster. I was recently informed that my case has been escalated to their financial team, further extending the waiting period.

I wish to express my frustration with this ongoing issue. While I appreciate the responsiveness of their chat support , the lack of a timely resolution is disappointing. A reliable deposit process is crucial for maintaining trust and satisfaction among players. It is imperative that Sol Casino improves its payment systems to prevent such recurring issues considering this has happened time and again.

I have attached screenshots of both deposit transactions for your reference. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter and would appreciate if SolCasino intervenes and closes this at the earliest.

Deposit TRX not credited

I made a deposit of about 78 TRX. It was November 11, 2024. More than 11 days have passed, but the deposit has not been credited to my account and has not been returned. The support service ignores, answers the same thing - that they submitted a request to the payment system and are waiting for an answer from it. Thus, you can wait for an answer for a whole year. Why should I wait all this time? My transfer was made in cryptocurrency, there is a transaction hash that anyone can check that the money was sent and received. The money is small, but this site shifts responsibility to intermediaries, due to the fact that they could not process the transaction. I think that this is the site's problem and they should promptly resolve such situations on their own, especially since there is confirmation of my transfer. I demand that the money be credited to the balance, or returned to my wallet.

Deposit not Credited for over a week

I made two deposits: one for INR 1200 on October 4, 2024, and another for INR 2200 on October 8, 2024. Unfortunately, both deposits have yet to be credited to my account.

I have reached out to the casino’s chat support multiple times and provided screenshots of my transactions. While the chat support team has been excellent in their responses, they have not given me a clear timeline for when I can expect my money back. As a result, I’ve now lost more than a week waiting for a resolution.

Overall, I enjoy playing at Sol Casino, but I believe there needs to be an improved process for handling deposit issues. A seamless deposit experience is crucial, and having a clear protocol in place to address uncredited deposits would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.

I made 2000 INR deposit on 27/09/2024 through UPI which is successful from my end but till today my deposit is not credited in my Sol casino account.

I tried contacting support team on daily basis but support team is only asking me to wait little more.

Delaying my withdrawal even after successful verification

Hello,

I have an account in this casino since 2019. My account has been verified. Payments have always been very fast, I have never had any problems with this.

However, in 2024 the situation changed. After winning, I wanted to withdraw money. I was asked to provide a package of documents for additional verification, I did this immediately.

After successful verification, I made a new withdrawal request. However, the operator in the chat told me that my request would be processed within 3 days, according to the rules of the casino.

After 3 days my request has not been processed. I once again contacted the casino support to find out what the problem was.

I was informed that I now need to wait up to 31 days for withdrawals.

On February 14, I passed additional verification
On February 17, my withdrawal request was not processed
On February 18, I was informed that payment was being delayed for up to 31 days

The payment amount is 188100 rubles.

I believe that the casino deliberately does not want to pay me my winnings.

Help me solve the situation.

Delayed payment at Sol Casino 121612 TL

Hello everyone

I am a member of this site and have been playing sports betting and casino on this site for a few months I went through all the verification procedures, I was even called with a camera, and I showed myself with my ID in my hand.

I made my first withdrawal request, but no payment has been made since November 30.

Delayed payment of $6300

Hi,

I have waited more or less since 10th of July for my withdrawal at sol.casino.

I have uploaded ID and done video verification two times the last 9 months. I have multiple withdrawal approved from November. Earlier withdrawals has been paid very quickly.

My withdrawals request are delayed

I am Sol casino customer and they owe me several withdrawals - 23april2023_30000₹, 23april2023_15000₹, and 24 April2023_27000₹. I have not received these till date. When I ask for support my agent, they all give different answers, some say that my withdrawal is stuck with the payment system, or some agent says that your withdrawal is stuck with us.

Withdrawal problem 210e

I initiated a withdrawal request on 2023.02.26. After one day I went to chat ask them about my request, because once I had a succesful withdrawal at them which has processed in a few hours. In the chat they stated that the financial department asked me for additional verification which means I should provide to them a video selfie of myself. They didn't informed me about this before just after I went to the chat. Okay I provided to the them the video they stated that I will receive my funds in shortly. On the next day (2023.02.28) I went again on chat asking them what is about my withdrawal request. They stated that they are checking me about unfair gambling and this investigation can take up 31 calendar days. You should know that I had about 10-15 single bets at soccer markets with 40-50 EUR amounts. After got this information I created a second withdrawal request for my remaining funds (110 EUR) and I wanted to close my account and request a refund for my funds which is on my gamin balance (210 EUR) -because as far as I know in this case the contract is terminated between us and they have to refund all of my funds from my gaming balance. They rejected this because I have pending withdrawal and they are stating in case of I delete my account all my funds credited to the casino so I will never get back my funds. Please help to solve this issue, I just want my money and I don't want to play at them anymore.
