My deposit of money wasn't credited

I'm not 100% sure that making a complaint against the casino is right, but as they didn't try to contact me in my issue with them and I must do it every time I want to be updated, I make it.
So I made a deposit of 20€ by Paysafecard account on 17.06.2022. The deposit wasn't credited to my account in the casino.
So I contacted their customer support through the live chat and they told me, that if a deposit was not credited 2 hours from payment then I must contact them again and they will start investigating, what is happened and give me back my money. I wanted them to keep me updated about this because even if it's just a 20€, I don't like to don't have any info about news, updates, and ETA to solve this.
18.6. I find that they have more technical support on Telegram - so I contact them on that channel and tried to push them to call the gateway provider because I find that one player have a similar issue and after 12 days they finally send him his money, which was all the time on their bank account.
I also contact Paysafecard as a payment provider and today I got an answer that the transaction was successful.
So at this moment is really weird for me.
