My deposit of money wasn't credited


Hello,

I'm not 100% sure that making a complaint against the casino is right, but as they didn't try to contact me in my issue with them and I must do it every time I want to be updated, I make it.

So I made a deposit of 20€ by Paysafecard account on 17.06.2022. The deposit wasn't credited to my account in the casino.

So I contacted their customer support through the live chat and they told me, that if a deposit was not credited 2 hours from payment then I must contact them again and they will start investigating, what is happened and give me back my money. I wanted them to keep me updated about this because even if it's just a 20€, I don't like to don't have any info about news, updates, and ETA to solve this.

18.6. I find that they have more technical support on Telegram - so I contact them on that channel and tried to push them to call the gateway provider because I find that one player have a similar issue and after 12 days they finally send him his money, which was all the time on their bank account.

I also contact Paysafecard as a payment provider and today I got an answer that the transaction was successful.

So at this moment is really weird for me.

today I login to site, just for check if there's somethink new and they finally give me balance.. So the issue is solved.. I don't like that they didn't write me a single word about it, but okay..

Uncredited deposit issue
Dear AskGamblers Team, I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue regarding uncredited deposits, similar to my previous experience which was resolved following my complaint over here in the past regarding SolCasino.

Current issue: Specifically, on May 10, 2025, I made two separate deposits at SolCasino , one for INR 2400 and another for INR 2200. Unfortunately, as of today, neither of these deposits has been credited to my account. I have followed up with their chat support multiple times and provided screenshots of the transactions, yet there has been no clear timeline provided for resolution.

This delay has persisted for more than 5 days, despite assurances from their support team that such issues typically resolve faster. I was recently informed that my case has been escalated to their financial team, further extending the waiting period.

I wish to express my frustration with this ongoing issue. While I appreciate the responsiveness of their chat support , the lack of a timely resolution is disappointing. A reliable deposit process is crucial for maintaining trust and satisfaction among players. It is imperative that Sol Casino improves its payment systems to prevent such recurring issues considering this has happened time and again.

I have attached screenshots of both deposit transactions for your reference. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter and would appreciate if SolCasino intervenes and closes this at the earliest.
