on the 30 October I got free spins on red flag fleet but the game frozed I couldn't play the free spins then I rang customer service I told them I can't play my free spins they told me there is a glitch on WMS games we will forward this to our tech department. on 3 November I opened up red flag fleet my free spins was removed I rang the customer service again I asked them where is my free spins gone they told me WMS is going to let us know what was the winnings of the free spins so then I asked the customer service is software working okay to play now they told me glitch is gone so after that I went to play on bruce lee the thing happened again I got the free spins again the game frozed this was on 3 November.
I can't excess my balance and can't play any other games can't make withdraw I rang customer service I asked them when will all of this be sorted out they told me they can't give me any time frame could be weeks or months.
I think this i realy unfair
