I play at Snatch Casino. Fully verified. I win approx 25k EUR and they suspend my account for 14 working days to "review the game session". After this time they tell me that the provider says the check is successful (email attached).
Snatch Casino T&Cs state they have to withdraw a limit of 4k EUR per day. Ok, no problem. But when I start to withdraw they are very slow and processed only 1k in the first week. I contact them and they send me a withdrawal schedule (screenshot attached). This is MUCH less than their published limits but I agree with it.
They make the first 4 payments according to the schedule, but then they suddenly stop and ignore my emails.
I have 20,900 EUR in my account and I do not want to wait any further. They state in the T&Cs that I can withdraw 4k/day but my withdrawals have now been pending for over two weeks.
My account is verified. My gaming session has been checked and approved. I have agreed to a very delayed withdrawal schedule. And still, they delay and do not pay me.

Since confirming the gaming session on 13 April, Snatch have processed two withdraws as follows
14 April, 1000 EUR
19 April, 1000 EUR
I am pleased to be receiving something at last, but these withdraws are still much slower than Snatch published limits.
Please keep this complaint open until Snatch have paid my full balance. If they honour their T&Cs this will take 6 days. If they continue at the current rate it will take over 3 months.
