I am filing a formal complaint against Snatch Casino for breaching their Terms of Use and intentionally stalling my legitimate payout.
Breach of 72-Hour Terms: I submitted withdrawal requests totaling €3,080 over the past weekend. According to their Terms, internal processing takes up to 72 hours, which expired by Wednesday. Despite this, support only provided template responses and refused to process the payout.
Arbitrary Cancellation & Blocking: On Friday—long after the 72-hour deadline had passed—the casino unilaterally cancelled all my active withdrawal requests and demanded account verification (KYC). Since then, their system has blocked me from submitting any new withdrawal requests.
Bad-Faith Delay Tactics: Stalling the payout past the deadline, cancelling it right before the weekend, and cutting off the ability to re-apply is a deliberate tactic to prevent cashouts.
I request that Snatch Casino:
Immediately review and approve the required KYC verification documents.
Unblock my ability to submit withdrawal requests and immediately honor the payout of my €3,080 balance according to their daily/per-transaction limits.

Dear AskGamblers Team and Snatch Casino Representative,
I'm not refusing to provide anything—every single requested verification file, including the selfie with the ID and the website in the background, has been fully submitted multiple times in high quality.
I have cooperated completely. It is the casino that is using endless, baseless claims about 'image quality' as a stalling tactic to avoid processing the overdue €3,080 withdrawal.
We kindly ask AGCCS to step in, evaluate the submitted evidence, and instruct the operator to finalize the verification immediately, as all requirements have been met.
Best regards,
Alex N.

Dear Alex N. and AskGamblers,
We remind the player that the requirement of a selfie with an ID is standard and mandatory, it is provided by players on the daily basis. If the player refuses to provide a selfie of the sufficient quality, we would not be able to complete the verification process.
Best regards,
Snatch Casino Representative.

Dear AskGamblers Team and Snatch Casino Representative,
Let's be completely clear about the technical reality: when a user takes a photo holding an ID document while ensuring a live browser window with the casino website is also in the background (especially due to camera focus depths and lighting), the small text on the ID card naturally cannot be razor-sharp in a single wide-angle selfie. That is precisely why separate, high-resolution close-up photos of the ID and documents were provided alongside the selfie, proving beyond a doubt that it is the exact same valid document and the exact same person. Pretending not to understand this basic logic is nothing more than a pathetic stalling tactic.
Furthermore, regarding the card photos: for security reasons, only the CVV code was redacted on the bank cards when sent to the casino's KYC team—all other card details and numbers were fully visible and unredacted. The redactions you see on the screenshots uploaded here are strictly for privacy purposes on this public forum, to protect personal data from being exposed publicly while still proving the high quality of the submitted files.
Let's also not forget the casino's very first excuse—claiming in an official email that they couldn't even open or access the files sent to them. That is a ridiculously transparent and embarrassing attempt to delay the process.
The operator is clearly playing games to drag out the payout past the mandatory 72-hour deadline. We ask AGCCS to see through these diversion tactics and instruct the casino to conclude the verification and release the funds immediately.
Best regards,
Alex N.

Dear Alex N. and AskGamblers,
In the image provided by the player, where both ID is presented and website is in the background, none of the text of the ID is readable and some of it is redacted, which is why it was rejected.
Best regards,
