A couple of weeks ago, I got a win on tombstone no mercy. 10c bet paid out around 120e win, but that money was never transferred to my casino account. I wrote the support, showing them the replay from the bonus rounds I won on and told them the money never arrived in my account at snatch casino. Their response was very strange. All I got was a reply: We will look into it. A couple of days after that, they blocked my access to the site. (Connection refused by server). They also do not reply to my emails etc. They just simply cut me off and took my money.

Im very happy the issue was partially resolved, but it does not do much for me as i still cannot reach the site cause my connection is getting terminated by the sites server, while my friends from same location, can access the site normally. this has me thinking, my ip must be blocked on Snatch site, because their server is terminating my connection. Would like to access my account and funds asap. thank you.
