Since the 15 Of July they have been delaying my withdrawal of 517$.

I've submitted all my documents, they have been verified. Support is no help. They sent me a email that I'm verified two days ago, when I already had all my documents verified. 

I've always deposited with pre paid neosurf or flexipin in this casino.  I've submitted all my proof of payment. They are abusing the system by delaying my payment.

It's 8 days going on 9 days pending and delay of my payment, I just spoke to support to see if they are going to respond to my complaint. They say now they need to check my identity. Yet ive had my documents and passport approved since last year, and if they needed to check my identity so bad then why would they send me a email that I'm fully verified on the 18th and I've been pending since the 15th, and finally they already approved my payments for proof of payment which was a pre paid voucher so it's impossible for a payment reversal. They have had my identity approved since last year , my account fully verified since the 18th, my money since the 15 and my winnings since the 15th. Now if I had not completed everything and been approved and verified then that would make for a logical argument regarding them being able to delay and check what's already been checked. This is delaying my payment that I rightfully won.
