Unable to stop gambling

I can't reach the support.

I've contacted them twice via email and haven't gotten a reply. (Screenshots).

I'm a compulsive gambler with the problem, and I tried to close my account after a big loss, but no one answered to me.

Today I lost more to them, and I even contacted to their sister casino (klikkicasino). If they could close my account from Monstericasino. They couldn't. (Screenshot attached).

Therefore, I want all my net loss back since they clearly wanted to use my gambling problem as an advantage since they didn't answer any of my emails.
