Delayed withdrawal of €1400

I deposited €400, won €1400. All deposits have wagered many times, that's can't be an problem.

I have been waiting for 4 business days for a withdrawal and I have not received any response as to when they will process the withdrawal. There has been a text message on and I have asked on live chat many times, they always ask for patience because it is a "big transfer". After all, anything happening.

I have confirmed account with Bank details and there's anything problem with verification. They just don't pay the winnings and don't tell anything reason why just wait and wait. 4 days and I still not know when or will they pay my withdrawal somedays?

Can you help with that or will I contact to license holders?

Now they cancelled 2 times my wihdrawal and told there's some problem. After 2 new withdrawals, now they asked documents and I send everything, now waiting to confirm it.... total process have took now 7 days and after that they ask documents and anything happent, without any messages. I'm disappointed.

I started to play, now my balance is 6399€. Total maxwin is 5000€ net per day so I have followed all rules. Can you help now @askgamblers to solve this case? Withdrawal process CAN'T take over week -> and still I don't know when they process documents and withdrawal and I get funds. Thanks.

I have waited now almost 1 week of process to witdrawal, still same status "started" and nothing happen. Next steps are to license holder complaints, my patience going to end with that case. I haven't got Anything respond or messages from slottimonsteri, how you can recommend site like that?

Missing money slottimonsteri

Hi,

I made 300 euro deposit in 22.2.2025. Money was left in my bank but did not come through to my casino account. I have asked this about my own bank (Nordea) and the payment intermediary (Trumo) but both say that the payment has gone through in the casino. I have countless conversations with the slottimonsteri customer service but they always say the same thing "we try to find the problem" and "we will come back to you shortly" etc... So they don't cooperate with me so I don't know what to do.

Not paying my withdraw

Hi, so I have some issues with this casino called "slottimonsteri". I wagered their welcome bonus and after that, they asked for my documents, I uploaded them without problem. After that I got email from them claiming that I had broken some kind of term and they will not discuss it with me anymore. This is very unfair for me because they don't even tell me what term / rule I broke, and I'm 100% sure I did not break any bonus terms, etc., etc. If you need more evidence or something else please let me know.

Unable to stop gambling

I can't reach the support.

I've contacted them twice via email and haven't gotten a reply. (Screenshots).

I'm a compulsive gambler with the problem, and I tried to close my account after a big loss, but no one answered to me.

Today I lost more to them, and I even contacted to their sister casino (klikkicasino). If they could close my account from Monstericasino. They couldn't. (Screenshot attached).

Therefore, I want all my net loss back since they clearly wanted to use my gambling problem as an advantage since they didn't answer any of my emails.
