Not paying my withdraw

Hi, so I have some issues with this casino called "slottimonsteri". I wagered their welcome bonus and after that, they asked for my documents, I uploaded them without problem. After that I got email from them claiming that I had broken some kind of term and they will not discuss it with me anymore. This is very unfair for me because they don't even tell me what term / rule I broke, and I'm 100% sure I did not break any bonus terms, etc., etc. If you need more evidence or something else please let me know.
