Missing money slottimonsteri
Hi,
I made 300 euro deposit in 22.2.2025. Money was left in my bank but did not come through to my casino account. I have asked this about my own bank (Nordea) and the payment intermediary (Trumo) but both say that the payment has gone through in the casino. I have countless conversations with the slottimonsteri customer service but they always say the same thing "we try to find the problem" and "we will come back to you shortly" etc... So they don't cooperate with me so I don't know what to do.
