Not following withdrawal policies
I requested a withdrawal on May 25th and am still waiting. I went through all the verification process. After about 20 days they deposited my money back stating they did not know how I wanted the funds but their cashier requires you to select a payment method. I've had to email a third party payment center and after 4 attempts of reaching them I still don't have payment. The rules of withdrawals say specifically 7 days to approve and 7-10 days for payment processing. I've emailed the casino a large number of times and they just say "oh sorry" but will still not issue payment. Is there a way to find out where they are licensed so I may file a complaint with that licensing board? I've contacted a couple of attorneys for breach of terms and conditions which could take a year or more but my winnings weren't even $400. I don't understand how they are in business for blatantly not following their policies and player agreement when I'm required to.
