I used my own money to make a deposit on slots of Vegas and had a positive balance for a long very long time. I forgot about the money I had on the casino and reviewed a mailer that said we miss u please come back u still have money in ur account. So I signed in and saw I had a 200$ balance so I played and ended up winning like 5000$ I cashed out at 2500$ I submitted all required documents and kept checking back to see the status of my withdrawal and stayed pending for a while then all of a sudden I wasn't aloud to speak on chat with customer service my player was banned and I could no longer play games then even access my account. I didn't have a bonus offer I was playing off of my money and I won and received nothing. That's like stealing my money. I tried and tried and tried to change my address on file so I could have everything up to date and received no response from email support. Please help, I just want to withdraw my winning that I won with my money

Your many accounts have been blocked because our Fraud Team has found multiple accounts and inconsistent personal information with Slots of Vegas and other brands within our network of casinos. All this would be against our terms and conditions:

General Terms & Conditions for Membership

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;

Your winnings have been voided. We have acted absolutely within our Terms and Conditions.

I'll be sending the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof what I've stated is accurate.
