Balance removed entirely

I was getting help making my deposit and thought it was a good time to ask how the withdrawal process goes and the next minute the customer service agent went on a power trip and my balance went from $300 to zero.

It was wiped clean and nobody was willing to help me or give me an explanation.

I waited 2 weeks to get a response from them by email and played daily. I followed the guidelines and wagered twice the amount I was supposed to so the only thing I can think of is that I used my welcome bonus which was a free chip and 25 spins, but I received my welcome bonus and they both said no deposit required it was a gift for joining.

Either way I did nothing to deserve the treatment I received and then to take my entire balance was unacceptable. I know that they take the bonus chip back which is fine but I still would have had $200 left.

I have reached out to them and asked the complaint department just to be ignored for over an hour and then told that I should follow up with the main site but never gave me an email or link and I can't find any information on how to contact management and the phone number they gave is disconnected.

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.
