Well I won $2300 on Slotocash. I used a NetSpend prepaid card because it seemed safer. Well since Slotocash put the money through as a refund not a deposit my card was blocked! NetSpend said they seen no purchase with this merchant at that amount and requested that they send a letter of indemnity. Also that since the money was posted to my account a reversal also would require this letter. Well I informed Slotocash of this and they pretty much said they don't do these letters and won't do anything to help. Now not only am I being blocked to get my winnings but other funds I had on that card is now stuck because of this block. ITS A SIMPLE EMAIL STATING IM ENTITLED TO THE MONEY!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

Also they stopped responding to my emails! I highly recommend that people do NOT use this casino or any casino that's involved with them because they are plain out rude! I'm looking into appropriate law action! Like I said its not just my winnings its got my whole account locked out! I have 2 children and I need my money!!! NetSpend is at least trying to find other ways to unblock me but the fact that Slotocash only has to email a simple letter to end this and won't is just beyond insane! Also they told me never tell your banks that its money from online gaming! I find that extremely unethical for a business to ask you to lie to other businesses!!!

That's completely unacceptable seeing that you guys are aware that because you can't send a simple email informing my card company that the money is entitled to me it now has me blocked to other funds to!!! I'll make sure everyone I know and all over social media knows to stay away from your casino!!!! Terrible customer service!!!
