I recently had a problem with a withdrawal due to mistaken information. This time they haven't given me a real reason they just said it's denied after telling me it was approved, in process, and I should expect it by Monday the latest. Then I get the emails I've attached to this complaint. It's just been one headache after another.

I received yet another disappointing answer from Sloto' Cash Casino. They are denying me the option to use Money Gram even though it wasn't a problem less than a month ago. It never seems to end..

I've checked and can confirm what you were told previously from the Casino. Unfortunately they were not able to process a MoneyGram withdrawal. In the meantime I see you were able to request another withdrawal with an alternative method, which is currently being processed. Let me know if you have any other concerns and congratulations on your winnings!
