I didn't get my money


My withdrawal(100€) was approved on August 19 but I have not yet received the money. I used rapid transfer to cashout my money.
I have asked during the chat why I have not received my money and they always say that another department is currently involved in the case.
17 days have passed and nothing has happened and I have not received any information at all.
How long do I still have to wait for something to really be done about it?

We have previously sent a request to the payment provider to find out the reason for the unsuccessful payment. All this time we were waiting for an answer and every time we asked them about the progress.
Finally, we received a response from them that there was a technical failure and the payment was returned to the your account balance.
The support team informed you that you need to reissue the payment.
Your new withdrawal request is successful at the moment. Please confirm that you received it.
