Hi, over 2 weeks ago I won on the roulette on Slotbox casino and they kept taking my winnings.

I have screenshots of my winnings and as the took it.

I have been in contact with the online support for slotbox numerous of times and all they keep saying is its with the game provider.

The money still has not returned to my account and I am getting no further with there online support chat system and emails. So I am led to believe they have scamed me.

The client was contacted via the open ticket they had with our support team with our findings on 9/6, they had some additional questions which we addressed at the time also.

We can confirm that the reason that these games did not pay out was because at the time there were insufficient cash funds in the account to place the bet, normally the game will show a pop-up message informing the end user but, on this occasion, a potential game result was generated which the client saw play out, but no bet was taken and so no winnings were paid for these rounds. As there were insufficient funds to place the bet then there is no stake/ gamble and so no winnings or losses were applied from these rounds. Had all these attempted bets been accepted they would have had a net loss of 59.50 for this session, the bets were not charged.

Hi yea the issue still isn't resolved. I have 10e credit on the account and won on that bet but I didn't get my winning when I spun on the roulette again and won my winnings didn't go to my account. There was credit on the account I have screenshots to prove I had funds on the account t and my winning and the winnings being took times and date is in the info of the image. There is a good few screenshots when I was putting in the complaint it only let me send 10 screenshots is there any other way I can send the rest please.

I have been.going back and forth with slotbox weeks now to try and get the winnings that is owe to me and they were excuse after excuse now there saying that I had no funds on the account witch I did. If I had no funds it wouldn't of let me to play it would come up a error Bix and tell me insufficient funds. But it didn't because I had 10e on the account to begin with and won but never got my winnings. Spun again same things happened. Altogether there was winnings of over 300e that slotbox took and and now are refusing to pay out the money as I said in previous messeges I have screenshots of all this and when I go into info of the image its timed and dates if there is a way gor me to send these be roughly 20 images or more in total I will send them no problem 😊

The client is only sharing the total win amount during this session which is indeed over 300, however, the total amount staked is greater. They would have had a net loss of 59.50 for these transactions had the bets been accepted.

They had indeed a balance of 10.00 bonus at the start of the session, their first 2 bets attempted which were not accepted were for 5.00 and then for 6.50, So they would have lost this session in their first 2 spins had the bets been accepted. There was no point during this session where they had a positive net positon.
