SlotBox Casino - Legitimate winnings lost due to a game glitch
Hi. I’m making this complaint as I feel I have being let down by slotbox. Two weeks ago I deposited €10 with slotbox and when I did was given a bonus of €10. I was playing a slot game called ruby of riches and was was having a good day with this game. I won money and wagered 35x wager of €350 and also had a balance of over €280 left. That money should have then converted into real cash so I could withdraw. The money disappeared from me. I then contacted slotbox chat and was taking with an agent after some time telling her my money was missing and the agent telling me it didn’t, she finally said sorry and seen there was a problem and the money dropped. She sent this off for an investigation. Which I was happy with her to do as my money I won was fair. She then told me I would get my winnings back. After two weeks passed I was told that there was an error with the game and the bonus. And they won’t pay me my money i won. I find this very frustrating to see how I can be treated like this. And also after every day asking for an update and never slotbox contacting me to give me an update. This money was won fairly. And I feel I should be entitled to my winnings as this was not my fault and slotbox are refusing to payout what I won fairly. Please could you look into this for me as I feel I am in the right. Thank you
