Self excluded my self in october last year from Thrills. (see attached file) They have let me reopen an account, using my same mobilnumber as last time. And let me deposit using my credit/debit card. I have sent them an email, telling them about this issue with no response. Hopefully this can be sorted out with some help.

I have translated the email i sent in october.
