Royal Vegas Casino - Withdrawal not processed after 9 days

On Nov 11th I withdrew $1600.00. This was not my first withdrawal, in fact I have withdrawn numerous times over the last 2 years and my most recent was approximately a month prior to this that was processed. As of today nov. 21, 2018 my withdrawal has not been processed. I have spoken with 2 reps at this casino (Nov 15th and Nov 20th).. the first told me that they had an influx of withdrawals . The 2nd explained the 24 hour process which I already knew and has already passed but gave me no valid reason or time as to when i'm going to be getting my funds. I asked for a telephone # to call someone and was told they don't accept calls. THis is extremely unprofessional and unfair. When they have an influx of deposits they have no problem processing them. I have spent thousands at this casino and simply want my withdrawal of $1600.0
